Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish flamenco and pop vocalist. Since she was a teen she was involved both in traditional and popular music. But, her singing interests have broadened to include hip-hop and soul. Pepe Habichuela is a flamenco guitarist with a lot of talent, describes her voice by saying it is sweet, with a traditional bite. El Mal Querer was her significant commercial breakthrough and critical success in the year 2018. After Los Angeles garnered her attention and a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist, it topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she was awarded the Grammy. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd, was released in 2021. The third album by Motomami offered songwriting collaborations with numerous producers and artists such as Cory Henry and James Blake. The album came out in 2022 because of the Saturday Night Live appearance by Rosalia, the vocalist of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the only solo performer in her first appearance on the show. Motomami the album by Rosalia that was awarded the three Latin Grammy Awards also made her the first female to have won the Latin Album of the Year win twice.
